Story
Jo's funeral and celebration will take place on Tuesday 25th November at The Chilterns Crematorium in Amersham and then afterwards at the Tithe Barn, The Olde Bell, Hurley.
Jo hoped for as many people she knew to attend as possible, but she requested that you do not wear black and please wear or carry a white flower.
